Daniel Dulęba specializes in commercial and civil contracts, real property and intellectual property law. He is experienced in litigation and defends cases in negotiations and in court. He is engaged in legal services for business clients and helps solve legal issues of individuals as well. In numerous cases he represented clients in commercial contract, real property, housing and succession law disputes including private international law elements.
He was involved in intellectual property projects as well as in complicated disputes concerning debt collection including the liability of members of company board. Since 2005 he has been advising Polish and multinational companies of the following branches: energy, printing, construction, publishing, commerce, real property, electronics, logistics. He carried out professional training for business entities in Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Kraków.
Daniel Dulęba graduated from master and doctoral studies at the Jagiellonian University and he obtained a doctoral degree in the Chair of Private International Law in the Faculty of Law and Administration. He graduated from School of American Law (Catholic University of America and WPiA UJ) and School of French Law (Université d’Orléans and WPiA UJ). He also studied at the Aristotle University in Thessaloniki.
He is an author of publication on civil and commercial law in particular books: “Liability of members of the board of the limited liability company under art. 299 of commercial companies code” and “Settlement agreement in Polish civil law” (doctoral thesis).
He is fluent in Polish and English. He speaks French as well.
He is a member of Regional Chamber of Attorneys at law in Kraków.
